Honesty
If you don't need a treatment, we tell you. If a quarterly plan is overkill for your situation, we say so. The job is to solve your problem, not maximize the invoice.
About the Owner
Paradise Pest & Wildlife was founded in 2025 by Nick Dupras, a U.S. Air Force veteran who got tired of watching local pest control companies treat customers like ticket numbers. The whole company is built on a single idea: the owner does the work, every time.
Owner
Nick Dupras
Nick is a Native Floridian and a U.S. Air Force veteran. After serving, he brought the same operating principles home: show up on time, do the job to standard, and stand behind the work. That mindset doesn't always survive contact with the pest control industry, an industry that runs on contracts, call centers, and rotating technicians. Paradise was built specifically to be the opposite of that.
Nick personally answers the phone. Nick personally inspects your property. Nick personally treats the home and seals the entry points. There is no “tech assigned to your account” because there is no tech. There's just the owner — the same one, every visit. That's the whole pitch.
The veteran-owned label isn't decoration. It's how we work. Discipline, accountability, and clean follow-through are why customers in Sarasota, Bradenton, Parrish, and Lakewood Ranch are switching to Paradise from the bigger, older outfits.
As Paradise grows, every Paradise technician is hired, trained, and held to standard personally by Nick. The owner sets the bar. The crew clears it.
What We Stand For
Most pest control companies bury their differentiators in fine print. Ours are the marketing — because they're how we actually run the company.
01
If you don't need a treatment, we tell you. If a quarterly plan is overkill for your situation, we say so. The job is to solve your problem, not maximize the invoice.
02
Most callbacks happen the same business day. We don't ghost between visits. If you text or call between scheduled service, you get a real answer, fast.
03
Targeted application. Pet- and kid-conscious products. Inspection-led treatment. We do it once, properly, not every month forever.
04
You won't get the “tech in a polo” treatment where a sales rep pitches you on services you didn't ask about. Estimate first, work second, the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
05
Transparent quotes. Quarterly, monthly, or one-time. No contract, no cancellation fees, no surprise renewals. You can stop service whenever you want, no friction.
06
Show up on time. Do the work to spec. Clean up after yourself. Stand behind it. That's the whole standard. It's not unique. It's just rare in this industry.
Ready When You Are
Talk to Nick directly. He'll answer the phone, walk through what you're seeing, and tell you straight whether you actually need recurring service.
